SHETLAND organic cod farmers No Catch have broken into the lucrative Japanese
sushi market with an exclusive order from new London-based food bar Tsuru.
Cordon bleu chef and director of Tsuru Kensuke Yamada opened his food bar in
London's busy South Bank yesterday (Monday).
Kensuke said: "No Catch cod is the freshest cod I've seen in England and has a
delicious, subtle, creamy taste that is perfect for sushi and sashimi.
"This organically farmed cod will take the seafood scene by storm and I'm proud
to be the only sushi restaurant in London to offer this cod sashimi to our
customers."
No Catch managing director Karol Rzepkowski said he was "delighted to be hitting
the sushi market and allowing Tsuru to offer its customers a world first
experience with our cod."
